By placing an order with Rex's Restaurant through our online ordering system, you agree to these terms of service. Please read them carefully before ordering.
When you submit an order, you are making an offer to purchase. Your order is confirmed when we accept it and send you an order confirmation. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel orders at our discretion, including due to product availability issues, pricing errors, or suspected misuse.
All listed prices include applicable taxes unless otherwise stated. Payment is required at the time of ordering unless cash payment on delivery or pickup is available and selected. Accepted payment methods may vary by country and depending on which payment methods the restaurant has enabled. Our online prices may differ from the restaurant's in-store prices.
Delivery times are estimates and may vary based on demand, distance, weather conditions, and other factors. We are not responsible for delays caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control. Any delivery fee may be based on distance, a fixed price, or a combination thereof, and is displayed before order confirmation. You are responsible for ensuring the accuracy of the delivery address and that someone is available to receive the order.
Pickup orders must be collected at the stated time. Orders not collected within a reasonable time of the stated pickup time may be discarded without refund.
Orders placed as table orders (e.g., via QR code) are prepared upon confirmation. Payment is required at the time of ordering unless the restaurant has enabled the tab feature, in which case payment is made at the end of the visit. The restaurant is not responsible for unattended orders.
Orders may be cancelled before preparation begins. Once food preparation has started, cancellation is generally not possible, as food orders are typically exempt from the right of withdrawal under applicable consumer protection legislation (for perishable goods and goods made to specification). Eligible cancellations will be refunded to the original payment method within a reasonable time in accordance with applicable law. If you receive an incorrect or incomplete order, please contact us promptly so we can resolve the issue.
Allergen information is provided in accordance with applicable food safety and labeling legislation. Please check allergen details before ordering. While we take precautions, we cannot guarantee that products are completely free from allergens due to cross-contamination risks in shared preparation areas. If you have severe allergies, please contact the restaurant directly before ordering.
Promotional codes are subject to their specific terms and conditions, including validity period, minimum order value, and applicable products. Codes cannot be combined unless stated otherwise. We reserve the right to modify or discontinue promotions at any time.
Orders may earn rewards according to the restaurant's loyalty program, if the restaurant has activated a loyalty program. Rewards have no cash value and may expire after inactivity. We reserve the right to modify or discontinue the loyalty program with reasonable advance notice.
You are responsible for the security of your account credentials. You may also place orders as a guest without creating an account. We may suspend or close accounts that violate these terms or are used for abusive purposes.
All content in our ordering system, including menu descriptions, images, logos, and branding elements, is the property of Rex's Restaurant or its licensors and may not be copied without permission. The ordering system technology is provided by zapfood.
Our liability for any individual order is limited to the value of that order. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages or losses. Nothing in these terms limits or excludes liability that cannot be limited or excluded under applicable law, including liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence.
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of our ordering service after changes are published constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
These terms are governed by the laws of the country in which Rex's Restaurant operates. As a consumer, you retain all mandatory rights under the consumer protection legislation of your country of residence. We encourage you to contact us first to resolve any disputes. You may also have the right to refer a dispute to a local consumer dispute resolution body or a competent court in accordance with applicable law.
